GUARANTEED APPLICATION PACK
Our Guaranteed Application pack, or folder, is a slight departure from the standard self-issue principle - we guarantee to issue the policy from the date you request on your application form (although back-dating is not permitted) rather than expecting you to issue it yourselves.
We feel that in the absence of an official agency agreement with the insurer this provides a clearer picture of the transaction taking place - you are applying on behalf of your client - and we are issuing on behalf of the insurer.
The way it works is very simple - the folder is wire-bound so it can be readily folded to the right page for photocopying. You photocopy the appropriate application form (having studied the policy wording and standard acceptance criteria which are all contained within each section), complete it and send it to us with a cheque for the premium.
We carried out an extensive mailing of the pack in November 2013 but if you have mislaid yours or missed out on the mailing you can order more by logging on to our online policy portal via ONLINE POLICIES above.
