We strive to offer the most competitive prices in the market.
If on occasion our price is bettered by a competitor but you would prefer the strength and security of AVIVA as Insurer we guarantee to match their quote. *Terms and Conditions Apply (see below).
*Price Match Terms and Conditions
♦ Only available to solicitors and licensed conveyancers in England and Wales.
♦ We may ask you for a copy of written evidence of the competitor's quote you rely on to get the price match
benefit.
♦ Price match is only offered on a like for like basis on risks within our current business strategy.
♦ The price matching guarantee will apply to the legal indemnity policy only and not any additional covers -
for example home contents or buildings cover.
♦ The price matching offer may be changed, withdrawn or replaced at any time.
♦ Once the price match has been applied no further offers or discounts will be applied to your premium.
♦ We reserve the right to decline to quote - for example due to underwriting criteria not being met.
♦ The price match offer will be honoured for a saved quote for 60 days as long as no changes are made
to the quote.
